Service Agreement
When you schedule an appointment with SubZero Repair Pros, you are entering into a service agreement. We agree to provide professional appliance repair services, and you agree to pay for the services rendered according to the pricing discussed and approved before work begins.
Service Estimates
- A diagnostic fee may apply and is typically due at the time of service
- Repair estimates are provided after diagnosis and before work begins
- You have the right to decline repairs after receiving an estimate
- If you approve the repair, the diagnostic fee is typically applied to the total cost
- Additional issues discovered during repair may require updated estimates
Warranty
Our repairs come with a warranty covering:
- Parts: Manufacturer warranty applies to all genuine parts installed
- Labor: Our workmanship is warranted for a specified period after repair
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly when issues are discovered
- Warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, or unrelated issues
Payment
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept major credit cards, checks, and cash
- For parts requiring special order, a deposit may be required
Scheduling and Cancellations
- Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule
- Someone 18 years or older must be present during service
- Repeated no-shows may result in service fees
Access and Safety
You agree to provide safe and clear access to the appliance requiring service. Our technicians reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or if proper access cannot be provided.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage from pre-existing conditions, or other indirect damages.
Independent Service Provider
SubZero Repair Pros is an independent appliance repair service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sub-Zero, Wolf, or any appliance manufacturer. All brand names and logos are trademarks of their respective owners.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
